Villa Austin is a award winning competition project for a countryside house, consisting of a one-storey farmhouse, a swimming pool and two leisure villas, which are located symmetrically.

The garage and the service rooms are designed on the north side of the villa, and the bedrooms and the living room are facing south with a view to the pool.

A roof with different heights is provided according to the functions of the premises. In order to create a cozy and private environment, the bedrooms have a lower roof, while the entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room are with double height.

In accordance with the surrounding environment, the exterior combines wood, stone and glass.
